Step 1: Loosen the top and bottom Set Screw with a 2.5 mm hex wrench. (Figure 1 and 2)
Step 2: Remove the take-up/waste reel. then use a 4mm hex wrench to tighten or loosen the clutch screw. (Figure 3 and 4)
Step 3: Place the take-up/waste reel back onto the clutch rod and tighten the set screws with a 2.5 mm hex wrench. (Figure 5)
