      PRO-515 More Than One Label is Dispensed at a Time

      Solutions for when more than one label is dispensed at a time

      A. SENSITIVITY OF LABEL SENSOR

      1. The sensitivity of label sensor is too weak; as a result, the sensor cannot (or sometimes cannot) detect the label.

      2. Reset the sensitivity of label sensor. (Refer to sensitivity adjusting instruction of label sensor)

      B. LABEL LENGTH WAS SET TOO LONG

      1. Please reset the label length.
