Solutions to when a label won't dispense
A. Object Sensor Response
1. Inspect that the object sensor responds on the product. If not, adjust the sensitivity of the object sensor until the label comes out.
2. If the label still won’t dispense by adjusting the object sensor, inspect the wire or replace with a new one.
B. The “labeling” icon of Labeling Set was not turned on
1. Please Turn “On” the labeling set icon.
C. The fuse of the stepper motor driver is burned out
1. Replace with a new fuse.
D. The wire of the stepping motor or motor driver is damaged
1. Please notify maintenance technicians.
