What happens if our assigned onsite technician becomes unavailable?

If the assigned technician becomes unavailable, Pack Leader USA will look for another qualified technician to complete the onsite visit.

The team will review technician availability, equipment knowledge, and scheduling needs to determine the best replacement option. If needed, Oscar may step in to help complete the visit.

Pack Leader USA will communicate any scheduling or technician changes with the customer.
