How to Troubleshoot the Power Off on Your ELF Machine
Start by checking that the Ground and Drain Wires are all well connected. (figure 1)
If not, tighten the wires back down and see if that fixes the power issue. (figure 2)
If wires are well connected, disconnect the Drain Wire and reconnect the Ground Wire only. (figure 3)
If the ELF-50 still does not power on, you may need a replacement PCB board or IC chips. Please contact our parts department to get a replacement quickly.
